I've been involved in professional sport my whole life, from been a GB Bi-athlete as a youngster, to playing professional rugby as I’ve got older. I’m keen to share my expertise and put all I have learnt into my coaching aiming to bring the best out of people.


I'm ready to get my teeth stuck into the next stage of my career and help you reach the goals you desire to be the BEST YOU!
